Tired of walking? Want to sit and enjoy this nice day of autumn? Stop a little an sit down and get some fresh air while you're contemplating what's going on in your everyday life. Here's a very nice place for you:
I know, I know, it's a bit far away (in Denmark), but otherwise it's perfect, isn't it?
Okay then, find a better place yourselves, but be sure to stop a little once in a while, living in a hurry isn't nice or healthy! Take care!
lol. Maybe you should post those photos from the flood in our valley when people were surfing in the fields and vines :P
ReplyDeleteBTW, I stopped but not because I wanted to.. I still have fever ...
It's perfect. You know, if you're swimming along and you need to stop and rest.
ReplyDeleteSorry, I haven't got any, but that really was weird...
ReplyDeleteThat is funny. You might get a little wet but I am sure it is relaxing!! Have a great Friday!
ReplyDeleteEllen, I'm sure you're right, but at that time of the year, well, I'm not too keen on swimming in cold cold water. But then, if you have some minor problems, I'm sure you won't be thinking of them...
ReplyDeleteHey, Monica, thanks for stopping by! I wish you a great Friday, too!
Oh my goodness! That is one serious flood.
ReplyDeleteNo, no! It's a lake! The bench? well, someone must have been joking a little....
ReplyDeleteI love that picture! It certainly looks like a comfy spot to sit back in the shade to rest and keep cool :D
ReplyDeleteI should like very much to see Denmark and Sweden at some time, and England as well.
ReplyDeleteScandinavia is the land of my ancestors, and England can claim my heritage from another side.
Good Morning Minka! Happy Halloween! do you celebrate the event in your country?
ReplyDeleteNo, not really. Well, some do, but it has been totally imported recently. I hate importing traditions, I think they should be promoted "at home", not exploited commercially everywhere else. I also think it's an interesting tradition, trick or treating.
ReplyDeleteWe have something similar on Shrove Tuesday, though. Based on other pagan beliefs (http://stirringmythoughts.blogspot.com/2009/02/chasing-winter-away.html).
